Growing up I remember my siblings and I sitting around the dinner table asking each other the quintessential question:

“What would you do for a Klondike bar?”

I remember responses like: “I’d eat a dirt-covered worm for a Klondike Bar” and then “I’d eat two dirt-covered worms for a Klondike Bar”, etc. to one up each other with the grossest or most outrageous responses. We loved eating these after a long summers’ day (no air conditioning, mind you) and smiled as we heard the crack of the chocolate coating because we knew we had gotten to the Arctic-chilled ice cream.
