These tacos were quick and easy to make and SO incredibly flavorful. I think all in all it took me a little over 15 minutes to get these tacos on the table from start to finish. These weren’t made from scratch but definitely have that “from scratch” taste. Want to know my secret ingredient?

Easy Mole Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
12 Old El Paso® Stand ‘N Stuff® taco shells (from two 4.7-oz boxes)
Garnishes, If Desired
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Chopped seeded tomato
Shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Directions:
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain.
Add cooking sauce, peanut butter, chocolate chips and taco seasoning mix. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, heat taco shells as directed on package. Serve taco shells with beef mixture, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
